This site is run by Jonathan Olsson, trading as Olsson Photography, Kingsbridge, Devon. You can reach me through the contact form on the About page.
Analytics. I use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and galleries get looked at. I use it for statistics only — to understand how the site is used and improve it. It is not set up to profile you, to follow you across other websites, or to serve advertising: Google signals and ads personalisation are switched off, and the data is kept for 14 months and then deleted.
How to opt out. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.
The contact form. If you write to me through the form, I receive your name, email address and message so I can reply. I keep enquiries while there's a reason to — an ongoing conversation, a booking, or a record of work done — and delete them after that. I don't add anyone to a mailing list and I don't pass details to anyone else.
Hosting. The site is built and hosted on Adobe Portfolio, so Adobe processes traffic to it as my hosting provider.
Your rights. You can ask me what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how I use it — just ask through the contact form. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
